My research focuses on the industrialization of agriculture and food from a socio-historical perspective.I study the transformations of agri-food production systems and I am interested in the economic, scientific, technical and political investments that support them. I also study the criticisms and regulations to which these évolutions are subject, and the way economic actors and their organizations address them.
