Gabrielle Angey is a political sociologist. A specialist in Sub-Saharan Africa and Turkey, she obtained a PhD at the EHESS on the migrations within the Muslim Gülen movement between Turkey and Sub-Saharan Africa. Since 2018, she has been an Associate Professor at the University of Paris-Dauphine. Her work is at the crossroads of the sociology of the international, the sociology of mobilizations and the sociology of religions.
